Delivery, payment, returns and how to reach us.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 2–3 days (usually the next day). After that, delivery is 3–7 business days for West Malaysia and 7–15 business days for East Malaysia. Expect possible delays during sales periods.
Do you deliver across Malaysia?
Yes — we deliver nationwide to both West and East Malaysia through our courier partners.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by FPX online banking, DuitNow, e-wallets, and credit or debit cards — all handled securely through iPay88.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed we're unable to change or cancel it, or change the delivery address — so please double-check your details before checkout.
What is your returns & refunds policy?
For online orders, contact us within 14 days with your order number and reason. Only defective or damaged items qualify. Refunds are issued as Reward Points (not cash), and promotional items can't be returned or exchanged.
How do I contact you?
Message us on WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. For order issues we aim to reply within 3 business days.
